HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE WILL FIT ME BEST?
The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your correct size fit. However, we do offer size customisations to ensure a perfect fit. Please opt for custom size and provide body measurements in the notes so the piece can be made accordingly.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes as the shipping process has already started.
Do you provide COD services?
Currently we do not accept COD.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MS.MAVEN GARMENTS?
Each piece at Ms.Maven is hand made and hand dyed. Each garment has care instructions listed in the product page. We recommend dry cleaning all dark colored garments and for the rest hand wash in cold water.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship PAN India only.
IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?
We ship all over India for free of orders over INR 4000. A standard 100/- delivery fee is chargeable on all orders.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Since all the pieces are made to order, our processing timeline is 7-8 working days. Incase of urgent delivery please write us an email/DM so we can prioritise your order.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not right for you, write us an Email/DM within 48hours of receiving the product. Please ensure that the garment is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the return package, we will review and process the exchange. We do not accept an exchanges for items marked as SALE, ONE SIZE and items purchased on Flash Sale.
WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY / DAMAGED?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within the 2 days return period. If you have received a faulty item please follow the same steps listed above for exchanges/returns. You will need to upload images of the damage in order for the team to investigate. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund the amount upon return.

Online: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and Maestro) for domestic and international online purchases.
